We were at Maupin from Thursday and just returned on Sunday.  Weather was really warm on Thursday and Friday and a little cooler on Saturday and Sunday.  Went down river on Saturday with Brad as captain and navigator.  Got some tail winds and then  also rowing against the wind.  Good weekend with Brad, Ruth and boys.  Meagan came up from Boise and Devin joined us Friday after work!  Sold one garment hanger and I think the red farm bench to a friend in Philomath. Good weekend of relaxation.  To the beach next Thursday...

Thousand Trails-Sunriver

No pictures but we went up Friday and came back on Sunday for a weekend just outside Sunriver.  John and Deb joined us Friday eve.    Nice place and we have made reservations for middle of September with John and Deb and mom and dad.  Looking forward to it!

Finished a few little projects.  Back yard:  ripped out ugly rocks and replaced with rail road ties.  The rocks had been there for nearly 30 years.  Looks soooooo much better.  Rearranged some whiskey barrels.  And THAT was an improvement.  Replaced some stringy petunias with fresh pansies.   :)

Sunday, the 16th, Devin and some girlfriends rode the Green Lakes trail.  What a gorgeous day!!!

Seaside !!!

Seaside was beautiful this year and we hit the weather perfect.  It was crazy "hot" ....upper 80's.

We, along with John and Deb, pulled our RV's down and stayed at 1000 Trails.  Mom and dad were in a condo along with the overflow peeps that were in the second condo. It all worked-

Great way to wrap up our last annual Seaside trip after going for nearly 20 years.

This last week, it has been hot again.  Upper 90's and some days we have seen triple digits.  I have to admit, it is just too warm for me and really hard to be out in.  This next week, it is supposed to drop into the 80's; which I will welcome.
