Has it really been over seven weeks since we lost dad? I am personally still rattled and in a disbelief state of mind. I see my mom and how she is struggling with her own brain disease and both Deb and I agree that her disease has protected her in some way. I know that dad made it to Heaven and he does not have to deal with his LB anymore. That is my only saving Grace. It still feels so new and fresh. I can talk about it for a bit without getting teary eyed.
