Year 2025

 So behind on my posting's.  Here is a catch up for last year.  

In a nutshell, we traveled to Zion.  Utah is beautiful.  They are known for their mountains and lovely scenery.  Great trip and Cooper is quite the traveler.  A few pictures attached.  

We made a few trips to the coast; both times weather was good.  I think one day in rained a bit the first trip ; which was the first part of June.  Last trip to the beach was the first of October. 

First part of 2025, we scheduled to have our septic/drainfield installed.  Kim did a great job.  We had been shopping for the right manufactured home to have placed on our property.  We found it and after waiting a bit more, it ended up being a floor/lot model.  Supposidly, we got a good price from what they were asking at the beginning of the year.  The floor plan is lovely and it was ready to move once our contractors prepped where it was going.  Our contractors made haste!  We had it pit set and also a concrete pad rather than runners.  One half got delivered on a Saturday and the other on a Sunday.  Was not long before both half’s were married together.   It was still hard to believe that our home once sat on the lot North of Redmond and now it was in place on our property

 

Once we got the keys, we started bringing our stuff over and after about four horse trailer loads, it has finally came together.  Extremely happy with the floorplan and how well it is insulated.  Craftmanship, workmanship and product quality is a different topic.  Dennis is fixing the errors and making them right.   It is very comfortable…..

Many trips over; which we never get tired of and we both have always loved the area.  Still hard to believe our goal came true.
