May 20th.......Catching up..

Alot of projects getting done; which is such a good feeling. Our Quartz House got new exterior paint and looks lovely. I have spruced up and made some changes in my backyard. All my hanging baskets and flowers are out. A few nights have been iffy and for their safety, I have brought them in. Dennis has been working on re-staining the shingle sidings. We are getting ready to do exterior paint. Almost have the colors picked out. Want to make it count. We are NOT doing this again. Next time, it get's hired out. Seed in backyard (septic area) is coming up nicely. Dennis raked and re-seeded and this second go round should do it. Everything is up and ready to pop.

April 27th..........Pretty much done

Well, I have done as much as I can.  The backyard is as done for now.  The big patch has been seaded and we should see new grass popping up in a week or so.  Supposed to get warmer weather in the next few days so that should help.

Re-did some stuff.  Made my brick sidewalk another brick wider; which I like.  Made a few beds bigger and did some other rearranging to make it look different.  My initial thoughts are that I did not put much effort into the backyard because I knew it would have to be tore up.  The septic replacement should have been replaced about 15 years ago.  Sooooooooo  every year that went by.  I like the new look.  I need more color.  Stay tuned.

Backyard...finally as acceptable as I can get it. April 22nd...

Got my first vaccine this am.  Second is scheduled for May 14th.  What an organized, well oiled process.

Back yard went from awful to acceptable.  I like it.  Just need to get the big patch seeded and grown up.
