Knoxville, Tenn-three nights at Volunteer RV Camp-Heiskel

We have been in Heiskel, Tenn since Sunday and decided to stay one more night.

Spent a good part of today in Clinton, Tenn; about 10 miles away.  Cute town, population just over 10,000.  Nice people, clean little town with a lot of antique places and second hand stores to browse through.

We have had a few cosmetic issues with our lovely Cougar.  We think it is due to the heat and humidity but whatever.  We have a trim board separation in the Living room, dining room slide and fridge slide and our bedroom door is separating!  It is all under warranty but whatever.  Our bedroom door will need to be replaced and we are thinking that the trim will retract where it needs to go when we reach dryer climates.  Whoever did the trim had his air gun on too much power and blew right through the boards.  Once they reacted to whatever, they just came down.

Leaving tomorrow morning for Lexington, Virginia and staying two nights at Lee Hi Campground.  Friday morning, we will depart for Cherry Hill RV in College Park, Maryland!  Cannot believe we are nearly there!
