We arrived this afternoon at Slidell; which is where we are staying two nights.
The landscape and terrain is green and grassy. Many trees and a lot of water. Many refineries; ships and working trains.
Temps have been in the low 90's but the humidity has been very high. It is like you are in a steam room.
Tomorrow, we are heading to New Orleans-The French Quarter. Stay tuned......................
 |
| This looked like it was flooded but it is supposed to be that way |

 |
| All over water; you can see water between the two freeways |
